Hi! I’m Trinay, the Founder and Clinical Director of The Good Healing Firm. We are a virtual group practice with a number of counsellors/therapists serving clients through individual counselling. Our firm's services are unique as we offer counselling for clients on and off our twin island. This unique feature adds an additional layer of discretion and confidentiality. Our clinically trained staff have experience working with adults living with anxiety, depression and/or trauma.

Our counsellors/therapists are clinically trained in the U.S. and Caribbean to work with all populations. Our focus is adults 18 years old and up. We are trauma informed therapists that use specific techniques to help clients manage the intensity of their symptoms and how they show up in their mind and body. Our approaches are supportive, specific and effective.

Our priority when working with clients is to make sure they know they are valued in our work together. Life can be difficult, joyful, rich, textured and full of challenges and we are here to navigate all of those sacred spaces with you.
