Overview
Amber Charles-Alexis is a U.S.-trained Public Health Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian, with additional training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, Diabetes Management, and the low-FODMAP diet for IBS.
Amber is the owner of The Cultural Dietitian Ltd, a predominantly online private practice offering cultural nutrition services for Caribbean people with chronic diseases. Over the past four years, she has served individual and corporate clients throughout Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean, the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. She is a part-time Nutrition Lecturer at the University of the Southern Caribbean and has written for health magazines such as Very Well, Healthline Nutrition and Medical News Today.
When she’s not writing, creating content, presenting, or consulting with clients, this former national athlete for dragon boat racing enjoys travel, quality family time and adventurous outdoor activities with her husband and two young children.

Yes, I provide customized meal plans for my clients, however, this is an add-on service — you must firstly have a consultation before a meal plan can be curated. You can select from 7-day ($40 USD), 14-day ($80 USD) and 28-day ($160 USD) meal plan options.
