Dr. Karine Clay, PhD, is a seasoned psychologist and founder of Higher Potential for Learning, with locations in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago, and Houston, Texas. With over 15 years of experience in clinical and organizational psychology, she specializes in psychoeducational evaluations, ADHD and Autism assessments, therapy, and workplace consultations. A graduate of Walden University, Pepperdine University, SUNY at Albany, and Russell Sage College Dr. Clay combines evidence-based practices with a passion for empowering at-risk and underserved populations. Her work spans therapy for individuals, couples, and families, as well as leadership coaching and diversity training for organizations. Dr. Clay’s mission is to foster growth, resilience, and well-being in every client she serves.
